How Often Should I Replace My Spark Plugs?
Most automakers recommend you replace your spark plugs every 30,000 miles, but quite a few variables can affect that. If you drive longer distances less frequently, your spark plugs will last longer; if you drive short distances multiple times a day (i.e., starting your car multiple times), they won’t last as long. Copper spark plugs are the most affordable, but the most durable spark plugs can last up to four times as long as copper spark plugs, so you truly get what you pay for.
